Nope. :-)

Cloud computing is not new. In fact, you’ve been using it for the last several years.
Cloud computing is used to describe the common practice of storing all your files online and not on your desktop or laptop. Ning, Flickr, and Google Docs are examples of cloud computing. A lot of people store all their files on these services and not on their computers.

Wikipedia has a lengthy description. As does YouTube.

NPR did a report on the problems with cloud computing: EULA (End User Licensing Agreement), access, and user rights.

I 'm obviously reading the Tower and the Cloud, they don't really use this term although I really expected them to use it.

Saw this today on Ideas Project website - goes into lengthy detail about Cloud Computing as disruptive technology.
