From London's Independent. I thought this part was key: What is important, says Black, is that a creative teacher uses the right tool for the job. Does the CYTIE Rubric measure that? I don't think so, and frankly, I don't think it should (since matching the tool to the job is a different exercise than measuring CYTIE). However, this does indicate the need for another rubric.
